Patrick Seitz returns to voice Scorpion (after being replacing in MK11) Steve Blum voices Sub-Zero (he voiced the younger Sub-Zero in MKX, MK11, and Injustice 2) and Kevin Michael Richardson voices Goro (a role he reprises from the original 1995 film.
